Refund Policy

Short version: Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Email us and we'll sort it — no questions asked.
Credit top-ups
If you add credits to your account and have not used them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase. After 7 days, or if any portion of the credits has been used, refunds are at our discretion.
Free credits
Free trial credits are promotional and have no monetary value. They cannot be refunded or transferred.
Subscription plans
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days of the billing date. We will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
Non-refundable situations
- Credits that have already been consumed (used in API calls).
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
- Purchases older than 30 days.
How to request a refund
Email support@oneaipass.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your account email and the amount. We aim to respond within 1 business day and process refunds within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
