Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These Terms are the agreement between you and MR Enterprises ("we", "us") for OneAIPass at oneaipass.com, a gateway that resells metered access to third-party AI models, plus the website, API keys and billing that go with it. By creating an account, generating a key or sending requests, you agree to them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you can bind it.

The service

You send a request, we route it to the model you named, return the response and charge for the usage. We are not the author of the models. Output quality, refusals, rate limits and availability depend partly on the model provider. Models, prices and context windows can change or be withdrawn without notice. Beta features can change or disappear.

Accounts and keys

Give a working email. Your API key is shown once at signup, so store it securely. You are responsible for everything done with your key, including by contractors and automated systems. Rotate or stop using a key if it leaks. We may refuse a signup, limit free credit, or close an account that shows abuse or fraud.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not: attack or overload the service or any upstream model; evade metering, spend caps or moderation; share, sell or publish raw API keys (you may build your own product on top if your customers never receive our keys and you remain the billed account); create multiple accounts to farm free credit; send content you have no right to send to a third party; or generate content that model providers or the law prohibit, including sexual content involving minors, malware aimed at real systems, or content intended to harm others. We moderate prompts and may block requests or suspend keys that violate these rules.

Billing

Credit is prepaid. Each request debits the provider's price for the usage plus our service margin. Estimated prices shown before a request are estimates until the provider reports actual usage. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Unused credit stays on your account until used, refunded under the Refund Policy, or the account is closed for abuse. Keys have daily spend caps and rate limits to protect your balance. Taxes are added where required.

Your content and privacy

Prompts you send are forwarded to the model provider that serves your request and are subject to that provider's terms. Do not send content you are not allowed to share with them. See the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted service or that any model is accurate or suitable for medical, legal, financial or other high-risk decisions. You must check output before relying on it. To the fullest extent the law of [JURISDICTION] allows, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law of [JURISDICTION] allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, incorrect model output, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any rolling twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes, law and contact
