By accessing or using OneAIPass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

OneAIPass provides access to third-party AI models via a unified API and chat interface. We are a reseller and intermediary — we do not train or operate the underlying models. Model availability, quality, and output may change without notice.

3. Accounts and Credits

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Free credits are provided for promotional purposes and may be limited or withdrawn at any time.
• You are responsible for all usage under your account. Keep your API key confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates the policies of the underlying model providers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms. Credits are applied to your account balance and consumed per request at published rates.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions. We make no warranty of uptime or output quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneAIPass's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
